When it's windy, I open all the windows and let the breeze cool me down, but usually it's way too hot for clothes! When I'm home, I'm already nude, but if I wasn't a nudist I would still be sure to be clothesfree when I meditate. Usually after showering I dress go out and pick up the paper at my front door then have breakfast. I was in high school, I went out to lay at the pool nude of course.

When I was 15 my mother got her first my parents left for work before I left for school and I remember that first time I stepped out of the shower naked alone and unobserved. I just loved how it made me feel free and sensual...every day... So we were allowed to stay nude in the house, even my grand-grand mother and grand mother used to stay topeless most of the time to beat the heat. A few of our friends are accustomed to being greeted at our door by my naked body and enter without comment. I remember back when I was in high school I was in summer school. At my parent's house I am quite often alone and spend as much of this time as possible naked.Well over a year ago we decided to make it a simple rule, not wearing any clothes anymore at home. After getting home from work, I remove all of my clothes and either put on a lingerie outfit or I just go nude at home.We are long time nudists and already we were nude quite often. My husband prefers either and I am so lucky to have him in my life so we can be nude together nude in and out of bed. The only reason I wear clothes at home is because of family.He turned down the AC to save money and then took off his shirt to be more comfortable.Now he has found that he enjoys just being naked at home.
